\r\nBy choosing a One Dear Thing product you consent to our terms and conditions and assume responsibility for information given.
\r\nClients under the age of 18 need to purchase through a legal guardian.
\r\nOne Dear Thing retains rights to change conditions and thus we recommend customers to inform themselves of these before purchase.
\r\nOne Dear Thing reserves the rights to amend errors and unforeseen events as related to, but not excluding, errors in stock, price adjustments, pricing or product description errors, technical malfunction.
\r\n\r\nPayment
\r\nOne Dear Thing accepts payment by major credit cards, administered through Stripe. By providing information at check out, customers consent to terms and conditions provided by Stripe.
\r\nOrder confirmation
\r\nFollowing completed order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer. In case of missing order confirmation, please contact customer service at info@onedearthing.com.
\r\nDelivery confirmation is sent when the order is shipped.
\r\nReceipt of purchase will be sent to your email address.
\r\nOrders
\r\nThis web site administers sales to countries accepted by Stripe.
\r\nDeliveries
\r\nDeliveries are effectuated by Schenker Privpak, Postnord or UPS and is delivered to a pick-up location in customers vicinity.
\r\nInformation on pick-up location is given in the delivery confirmation.
\r\nPackages remain at the pick-up location for 10 days, after which they are returned to One Dear Thing.
\r\nPick-up is per forwarding agents terms and conditions.
\r\nIn case of damaged goods, we ask customers to inform us immediately.
\r\nPricing
\r\nAll prices are calculated to chosen currency through Stripe. Swedish VAT is deducted for customers outside of the European Union. Shipping charges apply.
\r\nWarranty
\r\nWe stand by our design and quality. Therefore, we offer a lifetime guarantee, covering all eventual manufacturing defects.
\r\nThis warranty does not affect your consumer rights.
\r\nReturns
\r\nAccording to Swedish law (2005:59) customers are entitled to a 14 day (from goods received) right to return on all goods. Right to return applies to unused products.
\r\nReturn form is included in shipment. This is to be filled out and included with returned goods.
\r\nReimbursement
\r\nFollowing receipt of returned goods customers are reimbursed through Stripe.
\r\nComplaints
\r\nAccording to Swedish law, customers have a three year period of right to complain. Should customers receive faulty goods, two months is considered reasonable time to report. Please contact info@onedearthing.com.
